Globe Hopping

After doing a little research on the internet, I found out about one of the must see places in this world. This is different than any other place I previously talked about on my blog. It is almost untouched and somewhat of a secretive spot that has not been completely renovated for tourists just yet. Florianópolis, Brazil is located on the southern side of Brazil. The New York Times even named Florianópolis, 1 of 44 Places to go see in 2009.

It has some of the most beautiful features that are found in the Caribbean without the prices. It is full of white-sand beaches and lavish beach bars. It is prefect for anyone who loves water sports. Surfing is one of the most popular sports people indulge in when they are there. The best place you should go to if you love surfing is, Praia Mole. This is located on the island’s east coast and is known for its great surfing waves. It is full of restaurants right on the ocean and music that plays throughout the day.

However, if low key is not your idea of a vacation, don’t worry because Florianópolis is also known as great party spot as well. If a party is more your scene, then you should check out Jurerê Internacional Resort. Here is a link: http://www.jurere.com.br/site/default.asp. This resort is trendy and full of parties and people. Here parties go all night and people mingle for hours.

The food here is delicious and affordable. You can’t beat it and you will love it. Whatever your main interests may be, Florianópolis will have it. Whether you want to relax and watch the sunset on the beach or party until the late night hours… it can all be found in Florianópolis, Brazil. A place that is full of great, soulful people and some of the most gorgeous landscapes.
